      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and conduct systematic literature reviews and evidence synthesis with minimal supervision
      - Refine research questions, assess project scope, and develop research protocols
      - Screen titles, abstracts, and full-text articles for inclusion based on established protocols
      - Perform data abstraction and write comprehensive evidence summaries
      - Keep the Practice Area Lead informed on project progress and address any potential delays

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience conducting systematic literature reviews (SLRs)
      - Master's degree or higher in social sciences, epidemiology, biology/chemistry, or related fields
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities effectively
      - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience collaborating with researchers from federal government agencies related to public health
      - Knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare device safety topics
      - Experience mentoring research assistants and entry-level analysts
      - Familiarity with DistillerSR and EndNote software
      - Prior experience in a fast-paced consulting environment
