We are unparalleled in our scale and ability to adapt to address unmet and underserved needs. Through 815+ clinics, 23 IVF labs, nationwide telehealth capabilities, and targeted case management, our 2,700+ independent, affiliated providers deliver comprehensive women’s health services and continuously work to implement methods and develop techniques or platforms that improve the healthcare experience. We remain focused on enabling the discovery of new ways for our affiliated providers to deliver the high-quality care experience women deserve, in the ways they most wish to receive it, and collaborate across our community to make our vision a reality.

This role regularly interfaces with physicians, Market Leaders, and executive stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with clinical, operational, and financial priorities. The Buyer plays a critical role in influencing supplier selection, standardizing purchases, negotiating favorable commercial terms, and supporting scalable procurement operations across a multi-site healthcare organization. Strong executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

      • Develop and maintain standardized product and supplier offerings to streamline recurring purchases and improve consistency across Care Centers.
      • Partner closely with Accounts Payable, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and payment delays.
      • Communicate clearly and effectively with clinical leadership and executive stakeholders, translating procurement and financial concepts into actionable insights.
      • Ensure procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and GPO requirements.
      • Apply healthcare supply chain and market knowledge to assess purchasing decisions against industry best practices.
      • Independently manage purchasing activities with minimal supervision, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.
