      We are looking for two Senior Purchasing Specialists to join our Services, Global Logistics Operations, Operational Purchasing FI team. The positions are temporary until 31.5.2025 as we are balancing project-related workload in the team.

      The job location is in either Tampere or Espoo, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

      What you do

      • As a Senior Purchasing Specialist, you will be working in operational purchasing as a buyer mainly for our external wear and spare parts suppliers.
      • You will be the main contact for our suppliers and work closely with several internal interest groups such as customer service and availability management.
      • You will actively monitor and manage the order data in SAP and ensure the timely deliveries of spare and wear parts from our suppliers.
      • You will also participate in supplier development from an operative perspective.

      Who you are

      • You have a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or business
      • Previous experience in purchasing and understanding of spare parts and Metso equipment is an asset
      • You have a genuine interest in finding solutions to the day-to-day problems and challenges
      • You are dynamic and efficient with an ability to work independently as well as as a part of a team
      • You have good IT skills, we value if you have previous experience using SAP.
      • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English are a must.
