What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and translate them into detailed technical specifications for applications and data enhancements
- Participate in full-cycle project planning, tracking task execution to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze data sets for trends and develop monitoring queries and SOPs to maintain accuracy and quality
- Monitor data quality initiatives to ensure compliance with established standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Compile statistical reports and present actionable insights and project updates to internal and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- 3–5 years of experience in data management, modeling, and warehousing, with proficiency in writing SQL queries
- 1–3 years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating user stories into technical solutions
- Proven track record in project management and delivery of technical initiatives using Agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with BigQuery and Python
- Strong background in data quality and governance processes
- Familiarity with statistical reporting and multi-channel communication strategies
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related environment
