      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and optimize high-performance embedded software for networked Electronic Warfare applications
      - Architect and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment
      - Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to integrate software with complex RF subsystems
      - Serve as a key technical liaison for multi-organizational projects, coordinating API definitions and integration strategies
      - Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for software design and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
      - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on embedded systems
      - Expert proficiency in C/C++ and Python, with a deep understanding of embedded Linux
      - Proven experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
      - Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire; must be a U.S. Citizen

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
      - Prior experience developing software for Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, Radar, or Tactical Wireless Communications systems
      - Familiarity with interfacing software with FPGA-based systems and controlling RF hardware
      - Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices for defense systems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex software concepts
