What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement innovative, function-specific talent acquisition plans to build a strong external talent bench
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing strategies and screening processes with a focus on diversity
- Maintain communication with business partners to ensure effective staffing and recruitment functions
- Execute recruitment plans to achieve staffing metrics, including candidate quality and efficient time to offer
- Develop individualized sourcing strategies tailored to the functional areas and engage with passive candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong recruiting expertise and knowledge of internet search tools
- Proven experience in creating and executing various recruitment initiatives
- Completion of a high school diploma or GED
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in corporate recruitment for the retail sector, particularly in areas such as IT, HR, Legal, or Merchandising
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong customer service orientation with negotiation skills
- Creative and innovative in recruitment activities
