What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer's values, brand, and product
- Run a recruiting pipeline end-to-end with a focus on engaging passive candidates
- Identify and engage top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Guide hiring managers towards unbiased decisions on candidates
- Monitor pipeline performance and analyze metrics to improve recruiting processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Deep experience in recruiting for sales and marketing organizations
- Proven ability to influence and partner with multiple executive stakeholders
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Covey, or similar
