      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications

      - Source candidates using advanced techniques, including Boolean search and social media
      - Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information and follow-up expectations
      - Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers regarding the status of applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field required
      - Minimum of five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting
      - Demonstrated expertise in niche segments or industries
      - Proficient in utilizing technologies for efficient recruiting processes
      - Experience with deep web sourcing techniques

      - Experience in employing innovative recruiting technologies
      - Familiarity with compliance documentation and processes
      - Proven track record of successful candidate placements in specialized fields
