What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participate in the full cycle recruitment process, supporting all stages from pre-selection to offers
- Partner with stakeholders to assess current and future hiring needs across multiple teams and departments
- Develop and execute strategies for candidate sourcing, including market research and social media outreach
- Manage a high volume of open positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Collaborate with central recruiting resources to enhance Talent Acquisition effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience recruiting candidates with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of SAP HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., Taleo and SuccessFactors)
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with stakeholders, including candidates and internal clients
- Experience coordinating and attending recruitment events
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques
