      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Sales Leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
      - Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
      - Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from search strategy through offer negotiation
      - Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, focusing on passive candidates
      - Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to deliver competitive offers and track key recruiting metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales recruiting, including 2 years in the insurance industry
      - Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals
      - Strong understanding of sales competencies, commission structures, and performance metrics
      - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday)
