What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a function-specific talent acquisition plan to attract top talent
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiation
- Maintain communication with business partners to ensure effective staffing processes
- Execute recruitment plans to meet staffing metrics and provide status reports on progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve talent acquisition goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and OFCCP compliance
- Exceptional customer service orientation and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating and executing a diverse range of recruiting initiatives
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Corporate recruitment experience in retail sectors such as IT, HR, Legal, or Merchandising
- Expert knowledge of internet search tools and strong sourcing strategies
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
