      Qualifications

      Key Skills:

      Strong full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing capability.
      Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
      Problem solving mindset with High attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through.
      Deep understanding of talent markets, sourcing tools, and hiring trends.

      A passion for continuous improvement: You're always looking for ways to learn, innovate, and improve your recruiting strategies.
      Experience with Oracle HCM or similar ATS and CRM tools: You're comfortable using industry-standard recruitment software.

      Additional Information:
      The role is based in Dunton, but our team operates a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week expected on-site.

      Responsibilities

      Role Summary:

      As a Senior recruiter you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes (internal & external hiring demand). As a key partner to hiring managers and your wider People colleagues, this role focuses on driving full-cycle recruitment, shaping hiring strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Although this is an individual contributor role, it requires a high level of ownership, strategic thinking, and partnership across teams.
