What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level to executive positions
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Manage a large number of open positions while delivering high-quality candidates
- Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruiting processes and improve hiring outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven recruitment experience with 5+ years in sourcing and filling various levels of roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Project management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
