What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies for high-caliber candidates
- Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods to assess qualifications
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
- Manage multiple priorities with an average requisition load of 25 positions in a fast-paced team environment
- Track recruiting metrics and performance, utilizing systems to optimize results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment, specifically in hiring engineers, designers, scientists, architects, and project managers
- At least 5 years' experience in high-volume, targeted geographic areas and/or technical specialties
- Proven success in sourcing, vetting, and presenting qualified candidates using various sourcing tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, outreach, and reporting
- Experience managing recruiting teams
