What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide overall recruitment for the supporting the employer's North America Organization
- Requisition management and client management
- Partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers, and external partners to develop TA strategies
- Attract top talent and develop a strong candidate pool for current and future openings
- Manage open job requisitions, update and manage the Success Factors ATS, and achieve recruiting metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience and at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience
- Commercial Recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar)
