- Must have experience in multi-family in the Austin area
- 5 years of apartment management. 3+ years required as Area Manager, Regional Manager, District Manager or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills
- Lease-up experience preferred
- Renovation experience
- Must have pricing and budgeting experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Business Development experience a plus
- Strong financial background
- Must be able to travel
- Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)

**SENIOR REGIONAL MANAGER – SEATTLE, WA**
SRG is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee communities in our Seattle-area portfolio! This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.
Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:
Salary range is $130,000-$150,000 annually. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
