      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full prior authorization lifecycle, ensuring timely approvals while navigating complex payer policies
      - Collaborate with billing tool provider and internal teams to optimize billing operations
      - Address and troubleshoot complex denials and reimbursement challenges
      - Facilitate communication between ordering physician offices and internal teams for efficient claim resolution
      - Develop training and quality control programs to enhance team performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in professional and facility coding, billing, and prior authorization
      - Proven experience in contacting and following up with insurance carriers on denials and appeals
      - Proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and above-average typing skills
      - Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel
      - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with laboratory billing, Xifin, EDI enrollment, and payer portals
      - Experience appealing to state-level agencies or external review organizations (IRO/IRBs)
