What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and organize carbon and emissions-related statistics, including data sets for Energy, Power, and Gas
- Develop and maintain models, datasets, and analytics for carbon compliance markets and biofuels
- Support the design and preparation of content delivery tools for analytical insights
- Collaborate with the carbon policy team to analyze events and policy changes affecting the carbon market
- Serve as the primary contact for the systems development team regarding analytical tools and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the biofuels, renewable fuels, gas, or power sector
- Knowledge of renewable fuels and low-carbon fuels credit markets
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling using Python, SAS, SPSS, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in communicating complex content to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in refinery modeling to assess environmental impact and emissions reduction technologies
