What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth research on complex disease areas, including clinical trial data and real-world evidence studies
- Develop detailed healthcare visuals based on research findings and present them to internal teams and external clients
- Write clear summaries of research findings to address specific client problems in collaboration with life science clients
- Analyze and explain complex medical record data, claims data, and other clinical and non-clinical data to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather in-depth information about customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in clinical and non-clinical research with the ability to summarize complex research
- 2+ years of direct client consulting experience, leading research, presentations, and initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in literature review methods to synthesize learnings
- 2+ years of experience presenting research findings to various audiences, including physicians and researchers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)

- Experience with researching healthcare guidelines
- Experience working in healthcare delivery
- Experience working in life sciences research and strategy
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
