What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers through their research needs by designing sophisticated online surveys
- Provide clients with bespoke insights and innovative approaches to market research
- Mentor Junior Research Consultants through coaching and sharing market research knowledge
- Train new customers on software usage to encourage independent use
- Ensure software integration into customers' daily workflows and processes as a trusted advisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in economics, social sciences, psychology, or a related field with a focus on market research, marketing, or statistics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in survey-based marketing research
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in study and questionnaire design
- Familiarity with quantitative methods such as A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, and others
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure
