      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build core dashboards and identify process/data gaps within the first 90 days
      - Create capacity and territory models and define the attribution model within the first 180 days
      - Establish a scalable enablement foundation and achieve predictable forecasting within the first 12 months
      - Own vendor relationships and build durable dashboards for tracking performance against targets
      - Analyze performance trends to guide strategic decisions and support revenue growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, including at least one significant build or foundation reset
      - Strong technical skills, particularly with Salesforce and comfort working with data (e.g., SQL or Python)
      - Proven ability to communicate data-backed insights clearly to executive stakeholders
      - Deeply data-driven mindset with a focus on obtaining necessary data
      - Experience in operationalizing customer success functions and building enablement infrastructure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the RevOps tooling landscape and good judgment about effective tools at scale
      - Demonstrated ability to balance short-term fixes with longer-term system design
      - Experience utilizing AI in practical applications, not just as a buzzword
      - Proven capability to partner effectively with revenue leaders and navigate uncomfortable conversations
      - Ability to quickly answer complex business questions using trusted data
