      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and submit weekly reports from ROI Online and other tools as directed by management
      - Validate requests and authorizations for the release of medical information according to established procedures and HIPAA guidelines
      - Complete release of information requests with accuracy, including retrieving and returning medical charts
      - Provide excellent customer service by being attentive and professional while addressing inquiries
      - Maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior when handling medical records information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 year of experience in release of information, medical records, or related healthcare experience
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
      - Proven customer service experience
      - Ability to effectively use computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior work experience in Release of Information in a physician's office or HIM Department
      - Ability to learn new equipment and processes in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Willingness to travel to multiple sites based on regional needs
      - Understanding of healthcare terminology
