What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales and advisory solutions leadership, coordinating relationships with clients and prospects
- Organize and manage internal and external executive-level meetings, including scheduling and logistics
- Manage calendars for executives, prioritizing and organizing key meetings
- Create and coordinate reports and presentations for executive staff using Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide administrative support to advisory consultants during client onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistance experience
- Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail
