- Supervises Insurance Sales Advisors to ensure sales targets and related performance metrics are consistently achieved.
- Coaches and develops Insurance Sales Advisors through monitoring calls and analyzing performance data to provide effective coaching and feedback.
- Manages the individual performance of each Insurance Sales Advisor through individualized development plans, employee reviews, and progressive discipline, as appropriate.
- Contributes to a high performing culture by effectively communicating, fostering inclusion, and encouraging employee engagement.
- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. Reviews call surveys and answers customer inquiries and escalated calls.
- Interviews, makes hiring recommendations, and supports the onboarding process for new Insurance Sales Advisors. Makes promotional recommendations.
- Administers pay for performance salary recommendations.
- Reviews underwriting requests from Insurance Sales Advisors utilizing rules and guidelines in order to bind coverage.
- Participates in project teams and focus groups to improve processes and identify/capitalize on opportunity areas and performs other tasks as assigned.
- May perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Responsible for satisfying ongoing continuing education (C.E.) requirements in order to maintain necessary P&C licensing.
- Bachelor`s degree or equivalent training plus 2-3 years directly related insurance experience.
- In depth knowledge of personal lines products, policies, systems and coverage.
- Multi-state property and casualty licensing required.
- Residency and reciprocal licenses in all other states must be maintained.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
