What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and compile raw data from various sources, conducting research on industry trends
- Analyze and normalize data to ensure integrity and relevance for reporting
- Prepare comprehensive reports with charts, graphs, and visualizations
- Provide actionable recommendations based on findings and analysis
- Participate in departmental projects and may serve as a Team Lead, training Analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of analytical experience in large distribution or retail businesses
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Tableau, Snowflake, and/or SQL
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret complex data
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline; MS/MA and relevant experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ERP and Sales Force software
- Experience with data migration projects
- Confident presentation skills to effectively communicate data insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business partners
- Certification in relevant areas is a plus
