What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end monthly compensation processing for all sales teams
- Facilitate compensation plan creation, administration, payout, and reporting
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation plans and make recommendations
- Build and update the compensation tool for processing and reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in designing, managing, and launching new compensation plans
- Experience in change management and influencing complex decisions
- Data and visualization skills (Excel/Tableau/SQL/Anaplan) and storytelling
- Minimum 3-6 years of SaaS experience in operations
- Successful senior stakeholder engagement and partnership, especially in sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Certification in Sales Compensation or related field
- Experience working in a distributed-first company
