What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate "sales-ready" qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers, qualifying leads and setting appointments
- Learn and apply proven processes to create new sales opportunities
- Strategize with top-producing sales managers to enhance prospecting efforts
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects while leveraging CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of Software/SaaS Business Development or related market/business experience
- Understanding of the IT industry with experience in prospecting to IT decision-makers
- Outstanding communication skills via phone and email for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, and CRM or sales management tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
