      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead opportunity creation and early pipeline development across targeted defense and aerospace accounts
      - Expand organic growth within existing customers by identifying new program opportunities
      - Develop and present compelling value propositions to stakeholders, including C-suite executives
      - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring alignment with growth objectives
      - Mentor and support other sales managers to foster a high-performance sales culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
      - 10+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development within the aerospace and defense industry
      - Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and closing complex, high-value deals
      - Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing models and margin analysis
      - U.S. Citizenship required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active security clearance is highly desirable
      - Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
      - Military service is valued; veterans are encouraged to apply
