      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets
      - Coach and measure key activity metrics while ensuring adherence to sales processes
      - Establish and maintain C-level relationships with strategic customers
      - Monitor market trends within the Nonprofit vertical and provide updates to the executive team
      - Assist the sales team in closing transactions with multiple decision makers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of software or SaaS sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions selling
      - 1+ years of sales management experience in a rapidly growing environment
      - Proven track record of leading teams to achieve quotas and objectives
      - Excellent coaching skills and knowledge of sales methodologies
      - Ability to foster long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
