What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create scalable models integrating data to drive recommendations for quota deployment and headcount planning
- Enhance sales compensation performance through the development of analytics platforms
- Deliver business insights to understand causality and the impact of actions on business outcomes
- Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional partners to operationalize vision and strategy
- Manage stakeholder priorities in a matrix environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years in Sales/GTM Operations with strong knowledge of sales processes and incentive compensation
- Proficiency in Excel with strong financial modeling skills
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to leverage data for storytelling
