      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategy and execution of the Business Development Representative (BDR) program, aiming to scale output significantly
      - Develop a data-driven forecasting framework for BDR-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution
      - Identify bottlenecks in the outbound process and drive initiatives to improve conversion rates
      - Operationalize integrated sales and marketing motions to focus BDR efforts on high-intent opportunities
      - Simplify complex data and processes to enhance BDR ramp-up and ongoing productivity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7-10 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related Revenue Operations role
      - Deep understanding of BDR and Sales Development processes in high-growth B2B environments
      - Proven experience in designing and operating integrated sales and marketing strategies
      - Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms, particularly Apollo.io or similar tools
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive funnel optimization and performance improvements
