  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  - 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  - Proven success in launching quality projects that enhance productivity and customer outcomes
  - Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data quickly
  - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
  - Attention to detail and a strong focus on process improvement
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
  - Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
