What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize industry best practices to ensure high service standards in all customer interactions
- Monitor and assess quality of engagement and process compliance across various business lines
- Implement tracking mechanisms to ensure compliance with quality requirements and procedures
- Drive projects that identify opportunities for improvement in processes, tools, and training
- Analyze data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience launching quality projects that enhance team productivity and customer outcomes
- Ability to derive insights from data quickly and effectively
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including account representatives and managers
- Attention to detail with a focus on process improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce
- Project management or industry certifications, such as COPC or PMP
