What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer execution
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
- Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and maintain recruitment metrics
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of additional equivalent experience
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Experience in recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Understanding of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
- Experience supporting medical device or life sciences recruitment
