      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promoting and servicing Medtronic's CA Solutions’ products
      - Conduct sales calls and manage overall relationships to achieve sales goals
      - Implement quarterly sales plans and maintain knowledge of product offerings
      - Provide clinical and technical support to customers and conduct training to expand market reach
      - Complete administrative tasks including reporting on competitive activity and customer preferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant experience
      OR
      - Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience
      OR
      - Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences
      - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of B2B sales experience and 1 year in Medical Device Sales
      - Experience in technical sales (TDS) and familiarity with medical devices
