      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Market and sell the employer's entire Group Benefits portfolio to designated brokers
      - Develop and maintain broker relationships to drive sales and client retention
      - Achieve or exceed personal sales production expectations through strategic planning
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
      - Act as a market leader and advocate for process improvements to increase sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience
      - Minimum of 6 years of group insurance sales experience or related experience
      - Knowledge of industry products and processes, including Worksite and complex absence products
      - Ability to obtain required industry licensing within 90 days of hire
      - Strong judgment and integrity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with online enrollment and dental network analysis processes
      - Proven ability to build rapport in both in-person and virtual settings
      - Demonstrated proactivity and accountability in delivering commitments
      - Previous experience in a collaborative team environment
