What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Manage the implementation of improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications
- Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders on project status and technical issues
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks including account creation, field updates, and report generation
- Research and develop new Salesforce prototypes and applications while maintaining security and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience
- Salesforce Certified Professional with proven experience in Agile project delivery
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Development and Deployment Tools
- Experience leading and mentoring junior developers
- Must possess a BA/BS degree and required certifications including Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Administrator
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, and at least one other cloud-specific certification (Marketing or Community)
- Experience with declarative configuration, Apex development, and Lightning development
