What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Develop, test, document, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and other resources
- Refactor applications and data models to utilize out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on technical issues and creative solutions
- Mentor mid and junior-level developers while ensuring industry best practices are followed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development
- Proven knowledge and practical application of LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs
- Current Salesforce App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications
- Experience delivering Salesforce projects using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform Developer II & JavaScript Developer I certifications
- Previous work experience in or with the federal government
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
