      Who We Are Looking For

      We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Test Lead with a strong background in functional testing and automation, particularly in Salesforce Lead-to-Cash processes including CPQ, CLM, and Billing. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building test automation frameworks, managing distributed teams, and working in Agile environments. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive quality across the Salesforce ecosystem.

      What You'll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

      • Lead end-to-end QA efforts for Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
      • Design and implement robust test strategies for Lead-to-Cash processes including Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
      • Manage test planning and execution across Salesforce CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Billing modules.
      • Drive CLM testing includes contract generation, redlining, approval workflows, e-signature integrations, and post-execution processes (renewals, amendments).
      • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to validate contract templates, clauses, and business rules across various CLM platforms (e.g., Conga, DocuSign CLM).
      • Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using Provar or Selenium.
      • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java or C#.
      • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous test execution and faster release cycles.
      • Oversee and manage both offshore and onshore QE teams, ensuring effective communication and timely deliverables.
      • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum Masters in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure test coverage and early defect detection.
      • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
      • Track and report on quality metrics and test coverage across sprints and releases.


      What You Should Have to Qualify

      • Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce functional testing.
      • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant.
      • Strong domain knowledge and testing experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
      • Deep understanding and practical experience with Lead-to-Cash business processes and supporting technologies.
      • Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and Billing tools and platforms.
      • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, including negotiation workflows, legal compliance, version control, and electronic signature integrations.
      • Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in Java or C#.
      • Proven track record in building automation frameworks using Provar or Selenium.
      • Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into DevOps workflows.
      • Strong leadership skills with experience managing offshore/onshore QA teams.


      Ideally, You Would Also Have These

      • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations involving CLM tools like Conga, DocuSign
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
      • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into test scenarios and automated solutions.
