      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop solutions on Salesforce to enhance contact center operations, including agent productivity and customer interactions
      - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and contact center technologies, ensuring efficient data flow
      - Implement automated workflows to optimize operations like call routing and agent scheduling
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams during all project phases, from design to deployment
      - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce and integrated technologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning UI, and REST/SOAP APIs
      - Expertise in CI/CD tools like Autorabit, Github, and Jenkins
      - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features related to contact center operations
      - Proven ability to lead technical projects independently from conception to delivery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II
      - Experience integrating AI/ML models into contact center solutions
      - Familiarity with key contact center metrics and tools to track and improve them
      - Experience with integrating Salesforce with other applications like Zendesk or Freshdesk
      - Knowledge of Managed Packages and open CTI features in Salesforce
