      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with architects, project managers, product owners, developers, and Salesforce administrators to deliver Salesforce customizations and integrations
      - Conduct technical analyses, design, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
      - Design and document the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations
      - Advocate for process and practice improvements within the Salesforce team
      - Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via web services and APIs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
      - Salesforce Certification(s)
      - Proficiency in developing and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Flows
      - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship
      - Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with third-party systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance industry, agency, or brokerage
      - Knowledge and experience with Pardot
      - Familiarity with Flosum or similar tools
