What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and conduct functional, integration, regression, and release testing for Salesforce
- Analyze, debug, and resolve defects in Salesforce while engaging in continuous improvement efforts
- Support and advocate standard testing design procedures, providing feedback for improvements
- Prepare and execute manual and automated test scripts for Salesforce, identifying and prioritizing test issues
- Participate in formal reviews of business requirements and application designs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of experience, with 4 years in Salesforce development (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and agile development methodologies
- Experience with multiple programming languages and database management systems
- Demonstrated ability to execute prescribed testing using established procedures and tools
- Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card as per Arizona Revised Statute 41-1969

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Git, jQuery, Apex, and Bootstrap
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components and Data Modeling
- Experience with REST/SOAP based API integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Effective use of declarative vs. imperative implementations in Salesforce Development
