What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions on the Salesforce service cloud platform
- Write Apex classes, triggers, and scheduled jobs to automate business processes
- Build user-friendly Lightning web components for data visualization and interactions
- Identify and resolve issues within Salesforce applications, including debugging and troubleshooting
- Review code for adherence to standards and lead technical aspects of projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 or more years of programming and analysis experience
- Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card meeting DES requirements
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies
- Strong skills in Apex programming, Salesforce configuration, and problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively and lead junior developers

- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
