What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and implement custom applications using Salesforce's declarative customization capabilities
- Utilize custom coding capabilities (Apex, Lightning Web Components) to deliver technical solutions
- Integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems for enhanced functionality
- Engage with stakeholders and end users, providing product demonstrations and gathering requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews, to ensure project success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development
- Bachelor's degree required
- Active Secret security clearance or higher
- Experience with Salesforce development, including APIs, Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce
- Strong communication skills and the ability to produce quality technical documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Platform Certified Developer certification
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado
- Knowledge of Cloud environments (Service, Sales, Experience)
- Experience supporting DoD agencies, particularly the Air Force
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
