What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the full application life cycle: architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Write, test, and deploy high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code
- Create and customize Lightning Components to enhance the user interface
- Gather technical requirements and translate them to the technical delivery team
- Coach, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Developers as direct reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of relative experience in Salesforce Development & Engineering
- Experience with web programming including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Lightning Web Components and Apex
- Personnel management experience required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more Salesforce developer certifications: Developer I, Developer II, Platform App Builder
- Experience in health cloud implementation and development is a plus
- Knowledge of Copado CI/CD pipelines and best practices
- Experience in civic technology and with government contracting is a plus
- Active Trailhead account required
