What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, or revise custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Troubleshoot errors and solve Salesforce process inefficiencies using custom APEX solutions
- Create complex automations, workflows, and flows to meet client-specific needs
- Build and maintain API integrations using REST and SOAP web services
- Communicate regularly with project managers and team members on progress and client inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP API integrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified App Builder certification
- MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 certification
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Comfort with AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous learning mindset with openness to emerging technologies
