What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and AI-enabled workflows
- Implement and support Agentforce and intelligent automation within Service Cloud
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools
- Conduct code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices, scalability, and security
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers while collaborating with Agile teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing, and the Force.com platform
- Solid experience with Service Cloud, including case management and automation
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web services (REST, SOAP)
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
- Salesforce AI / Agentforce-related certifications
