What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Modernize the capabilities offered by National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB) using the Salesforce Platform
- Integrate with the data platform to store and/or retrieve information relevant to the complaint
- Work closely with the Software Architect and other technical team members, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts in developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Implement a workflow that tracks the complaint as it moves through the handling process and allows FMCSA personnel to respond to complaints effectively
- Migrate the existing complaint data to the new platform

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline
- 7+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com (5+ with Apex and Visualforce)
- 5+ years of extensive experience implementing in Platform, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications

- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Currently hold a Public Trust clearance with the Department of Transportation
