What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and CPQ Engineers
- Design, develop, test, and document high-quality Salesforce solutions
- Manage team capacity planning and resource allocation to meet project demands
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience managing Salesforce development teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Extensive experience with Salesforce implementation and enterprise system integrations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI integration and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities
- Mentorship experience with a track record of developing technical talent
- Strong background in test automation frameworks and enterprise application integration patterns
- Proven experience conducting performance reviews and managing career development conversations
