What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, and deliver SAP-based solutions to address high-complexity business problems
- Provide functional design, system configuration, and end-user support across a broad functional scope
- Develop functional specifications and ensure they meet business and integration requirements
- Oversee SAP application migration to production and conduct performance tuning
- Train end users on new enhancements or functionality and maintain user documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with SAP module integration points and systems integration with business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks, contributing to the risk management plan
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP HANA
- Experience with Snowflake
- Demonstrated ability to direct others towards optimal outcomes
